How do I get the NeuraDrive adapter?
Order it from store.neuradrive.app or from the app. In Lebanon you pay cash on delivery, and delivery is free within 24 hours.
Is NeuraDrive compatible with my vehicle?
Engine, transmission and emissions work on every car with an OBD2 port: most petrol cars from 2001, diesels from 2004, and US imports from 1996. The full-system scan (ABS, airbag and every module) works on Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, SEAT, Porsche Cayenne, Panamera and Macan, Land Rover, Range Rover, Jaguar, Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, Ram, Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac and Buick.
Does the app work while driving?
Yes, you can monitor live data while driving. For safety, let a passenger use the app, or use it only when parked. Voice alerts let you keep your eyes on the road.
Can I clear diagnostic trouble codes?
Yes. NeuraDrive reads and clears fault codes; on the full-system brands that includes the ABS, airbag and other modules (on BMW it reads them for now). Understand the cause before clearing a code: if the fault is still there, it comes back.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never sell your personal or vehicle data to third parties. See the privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
Delete it from the app settings, or follow the steps on the account deletion page. All your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
