Delete your account

We're sorry to see you go. Please read the information below before proceeding.

This action is permanent

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including:

  • Your profile information
  • All registered vehicles
  • Diagnostic history and reports
  • Session recordings and analytics
  • Maintenance records

How to delete your account

Option 1: Delete from the app

  1. Open the NeuraDrive app
  2. Go to Settings, then Account
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your decision

Option 2: Request by email

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Confirmation that you want to delete your account

What happens next?

  1. Immediately: your account is deactivated and you are logged out.
  2. Within 30 days: all your personal data is permanently deleted from our servers.
  3. Confirmation: you receive an email confirming your data has been deleted.
